We Got This TX is dedicated to building a pipeline of opportunity for progressive Black, Indigenous, and women of color (BIWOC) to work in the Texas legislative process. At We Got This TX we firmly believe that the BIWOC who lead, serve, and organize our communities best understand how policies impact them and their communities. We also recognize that despite this, BIWOC are systematically denied opportunities to display or receive professional credit for their expertise in the form of publication which contributes to the culture of exclusion in the Texas legislative process.

We Got This TX is committed to giving BIWOC the tools to speak truth to power - in their own words and on their own terms. Our experience is expertise that belongs in the halls of power.
